Abstract
The effect of antimony trioxide filler on Formulation-7 has been studi ed in terms of properties like gel time and exotherm peak temperature, tensile strength, % elongation, emolein absorption, heat resistance, oxygen index, brittle temperature Shore hardness and thermal conductiv ity. The data on various characteristics of these filled formulations suggest that Formulation-13 is a potential inhibition system for inhib ition of composite propellants and it is confirmed by static evaluatio n of composite propellants inhibited with this formulation over a wide range of temperatures.
