Abstract
We report two patients with no history of psychosis or epilepsy presen ting with acute psychosis and epileptic seizures as the initial sympto m of late-onset epilepsy. Seizures and psychosis resolved with phenyto in. Case 1 presented a recurrence of both psychosis and seizures follo wing abrupt withdrawal of antiepileptic drugs.
