Abstract
A case of chronic recurrent multifocal osteomyelitis (CRMO) with spina l involvement is described. Diagnosis and monitoring of the disease pr ocess was considerably aided by magnetic resonance (MR) imaging. The M R appearances in chronic recurrent multifocal osteomyelitis have been rarely reported.
