Abstract
A twelve-year retrospective study of 54 consecutive cases of endometri al carcinoma revealed that postmenopausal bleeding was the commonest s ymptom, and the major associated risk factors were obesity and hyperte nsion. Panhysterectomy was the corner-stone of treatment while adjunct ive therapy was based on certain prognostic factors and the operator's preference.
