Abstract
Cation exchange HPLC methods for the determination of charge of cation ic Tc-99m-complexes were developed, based on a method described previo usly for anions. Non-specific retention of lipophilic complexes was re duced by the addition of acetonitrile. The method was validated using a number of metal salts, and was used to confirm the charges on severa l lipophilic technetium cationic complexes.
