Abstract
The problem of chronology between different surgical acts is at stake when a patient suffering from carotid and aorto-iliac or femoropoplite al diseases requires surgery. The joint operation increases surgical r isk and its practice penalises the surgeon. Sequential surgery is safe r. It does not increase the risk of a adverse evolution of the disease s areas which has not been operated on at time of the first operation.
