Abstract
The value of percutaneous revascularization of acute or chronic occlud ed renal arteries is demonstrated in 9 cases. Recanalization and dilat ation was technically successful in 6 patients. The authors stress the importance of anatomo-radiologic criterion for successful recanalizat ion. This technic is an attractive alternative to surgery specially in short occlusion.
