Abstract
A novel rat P450 2B gene encoding cytochrome P450 2B15 was cloned and sequenced. The gene is separated into nine exons by eight introns. Thi s gene structure is very similar to those of P450 2B1 and 2B2, except that the coding sequences of the gene are longer in the first and nint h exons than those of the P450 2B1 and 2B2 genes.
