Abstract
Omental flaps have been used for the treatment of infected aortic pros thetic grafts in adults. We report the case of a 26-month-old male who developed a mycotic aneurysm 9 months following insertion of a ventri cle to pulmonary artery conduit. The aneurysm was excised and the reco nstructed outflow tract wrapped with omentum. The patient has not had recurrence of his aneurysm following this course of management.
