Abstract
Some nonexistence theorems for cyclic near difference sets of type 1 a re established some cyclic near difference sets of type I are construc ted, and the uniqueness of(upsilon, k, lambda) cyclic near difference sets is proved for some triples (upsilon, k, lambda).
