Abstract
Two new compounds, 11 alpha,20 xi-dihydroxydammar-24-ene-3-one and 3 a lpha,11 alpha,20 xi-trihydroxydammar-24-ene, were isolated from the he xane extract of the bark and wood of Astrotrichilia asterotricha. Stru ctures were determined by H-1, C-13 and 2D NMR spectroscopy.
