Abstract
Suggestions from the literature are analyzed and presented for integra ting multicultural knowledge and experiences into student affairs prep aration programs at the master's degree level. Twelve content areas re lating to higher education, student, affairs, and work with individual s, groups, and organizations provide the array for organizing these su ggestions.
