Abstract
Array illuminators are usually realized by specially designed phase gr atings, spatial filtering, wavefront division using holographic lensle ts and the Talbot effect. So far interferometers for array generation have not been used widely. In this paper, a method of generating array s using Michelson interferometers in tandem is described.
