Abstract
We report the first case of choriocarcinoma occurring during the cours e of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). This choriocarcinoma was reve aled by pulmonary metastatis associated with pulmonary hypertension se condary to neoplastic thrombi and pulmolonary embolism, in parallel to a flare up of die SLE. The role of hormones in SLE is discussed.
