Ga. Kravtsova et Aa. Slavnov, NONLOCAL DIVERGENCES IN YANG-MILLS MODELS IN TEMPORAL GAUGE AND LIGHT-CONE GAUGE, Theoretical and mathematical physics, 96(2), 1993, pp. 982-988
A general method is proposed for proving that the nonlocal divergences
which arise in linear gauges when the Leibbrandt-Vienna prescription
for avoiding unphysical poles in the propagator of a Yang-Mills field
is used do not contribute to the on-shell S matrix.
