Abstract
The main targets of antimalarial ocular toxicity are the cornea, cilia ry body and retina. In sixty patients treated with chloroquinine (Niva quine) 73 % showed keratopathy. The clinical features and clinical cou rse of this keratopathy and its relationship with retinopathy were des cribed. In contrast with retinopathy, keratopathy is not contraindicat ion to antimalarial treatment.
