Abstract
Arteriovenous malformations of the small intestine are a vanishingly r are cause of hemorrhage from the gastrointestinal tract. To our knowle dge, only one previous case has been reported. We describe a 41-year-o ld man with massive gastrointestinal bleeding as the result of a jejun al arteriovenous malformation. We discuss the histologic differentiati on from angiodysplasia.
