Abstract
3-(N,N-Dimethylamino)-1-(dimethylphosphino)propane was synthesised by the photochemical addition of one equivalent of dimethylphosphine to N ,N-dimethylallylamine. Synthesis of 2-(N,N-dimethylamino)dimethylphosp hinoethane was achieved by the reaction of tetramethyldiphosphine with N,N-dimethyl-2-chloroethylamine.
