Abstract
We present an expression/selection system designed for the purificatio n of cell lines inducibly expressing genes coding for unselectable pro teins by using dicistronic selection for the cell surface marker CD4. This system enabled us to establish and purify c-myb expressing varian ts of the v-myb transformed chicken monoblast cell line BM2 with high efficiency.
