Abstract
The dynamics of selenium concentration changes in blood, organs and ti ssues of rats after a single intragastric administration of selenium y east and sodium selenite was determined. The course of selenium concen tration changes in blood was described, the pharmacokinetic parameters were estimated according to the trivalent equation of dicompartment m odel and the selenium content in liver, kidneys, small intestine, sple en, heart, brain, stomach, testicles and prostate was determined 48 h after the administration of selenium preparations.
