Abstract
By using the frequency mixing method, we study the Hawking radiation o f a massless conformally coupled scalar field in the, recently discove red, three-dimensional black hole geometry. We find the Hawking temper ature which agrees with the previous results with an appropriate norma lization of the timelike Killing vector. We also show that the angular velocity plays the role of the chemical potential.
