Abstract
Using H-1 and C-13 NMR spectroscopy, naphthodihydroimidazolediols were identified as the primary products of photolysis of lkylamino-3-amino (alkylamino)-1,4-naphthoquinones. Their further non-photochemical (<<t hermal>>) transformations depend on their structure and on the photoly sis conditions.
