Abstract
The present case documents normalization of ovarian perfusion after co nservative laparoscopic treatment of adnexal torsion. At our instituti on, Doppler flow assessment in cases of suspected torsion represents a n important element of diagnosis and, in this case, allowed for early diagnosis with conservative laparoscopic treatment with documented nor malization of ovarian how postoperatively.
