Abstract
The kinetic disposition of flunixin meglumine was investigated in 5 ca mels after a single intravenous administration (1.1 mg/kg bwt). The pl asma clearance was 1.012 ml.min(-1).kg(-1), the steady-state volume of distribution 0.168 l/kg and the elimination half-life 2.51 h. The res ults are discussed and compared with those reported in cattle and hors es.
