Abstract
The exfoliotive cytology using Acridine Orange staining was employed t o find out its efficacy as a diagnostic tool in the diagnosis of ethmo id Carcinoma in cattle. Out of 15 casts of ethmoid carcinoma, 80 perce nt of cases were successfully detected by this technique suggesting th at-it could be employed as a diagnostic tool to screen suspected popul ation in detecting early cases of ethmoid carcinoma in cattle.
