We present the Seraphin optical constants for modulated reflectance in
quantum wells, calculated directly from the full subband structure. E
ffects of localization of electronic states and the dependence of Sera
phin constants on the spatial asymmetry induced by electric field are
discussed. As a result, photoreflectance spectra may be calculated wit
hout any fitting parameter.
