Abstract
Fluid inclusion studies on barite mineralization suggest a temperature of deposition at 100-degrees to 140-degrees-C for the parent hydrothe rmal fluid, with a salinity range 9 to 14 wt.% NaCl equiv. and density around unit value. The field, petrographic and inclusion studies show a stratabound epithermal nature for this mineralization.
