Abstract
We present the results of calculations of excitonic binding energies, wave functions, diamagnetic factors, and polariton reflection spectra for perovskite lead iodide compounds-naturally grown semiconductor/ins ulator multi-quantum-well superlattices, with taking into account the interaction of electrons and holes with self-image charges, the image- potential-mediated Coulomb interaction, and the inhomogeneity of elect ric-field configuration.
