Abstract
A method was proposed for studies of the effect of various reagents on the kinetics of diffusion of ions through semipermeable polymer membr anes. It was shown that it is possible to specifically modify the diff usion of cations to decrease the salting down of cooled and frozen foo d products. The Ca2+-ion permeability of a polymer membrane modeling s kin was investigated.
