Abstract
Expansion of full thickness grafts is a relatively new technique and i ts use, especially in the head and neck area, has not been described u ntil recently. We have used large bilateral postauricular expanded ful l thickness grafts in a child with a giant hairy naevus of the face. T he donor scars are well hidden, and the grafts have not shown any tend ency to contract in bath the short and the long term.
