Abstract
Two cases of mislocated polydontic incisor maxillary teeth are reporte d in two dogs from the same litter. Each case consisted of two single- rooted teeth on the labial surface of the maxillary gingiva, just abov e the normal central incisors. The mislocated teeth were extracted by request of the owner. As the two cases were from the same litter, the possibility of heritable and congenital causes were considered.
