Al/Cu sputtered-sliced phase zone plates, designed to operate with a f
ocal length of 18 cm at 8.05 keV, were tested at the Stanford Synchrot
ron Radiation Laboratory. First-, second-, and third-order peaks are m
easured, along with a defocused condition. The first-order focusing ef
ficiencies ranged from 13% to 19% for the two lenses presented here. M
onte Carlo simulations are compared to the data.
