Abstract
A 53-year-old woman presented with a history of increased shortness of breath, stridor and dryness of the eyes. Flow volume loops demonstrat ed evidence of upper airways obstruction. Conjunctival and laryngeal b iopsies suggested a diagnosis of cicatricial pemphigoid. Immunosuppres sive therapy improved symptoms and the flow volume loops returned to n ormal.
