Abstract
We report a case of enterovenous fistula in a young 22-year-old patien t with Crohn's disease associated with jaundice. Ultrasound and comput ed tomography showed stationary gaz and barium in the liver. Pathologi cal examination showed a fistula between the lumen of the inflammed se gment of the ileum and the superior mesenteric venous system. This unu sual finding in Crohn's disease may be a severe complication.
