Abstract
[W(drop CPh)Br-2{HB(3,5-Me(2)pyz)(3)}], formed by reaction of [W(drop CPh)Br-3(dme)] with K[HB(3,5-Me(2)pyz)(3)], undergoes quasi-reversible reduction and oxidation processes as determined by cyclic voltammetry , and the X-ray structure determination of the toluene solvate confirm s the overall six-coordination of the metal.
