We report the case of a mediastinocutaneous fistula, 13 years after th
e total correction of tetralogy of Fallot. During a fistula curettage
operation, we unexpectedly extracted a ventricular septal defect patch
. An interventriscular shunt was not detected after the operation. The
patient is well 3 years after the last operation.
