The infrared spectrum of the nu9 and nu10 bands in H2C= C-13=CH2 has b
een studied at a resolution of 0.003 to 0.004 cm-1. The bands interact
globally by z-Coriolis resonance, and several additional vibrational
and Coriolis-type perturbations have been identified in this band syst
em. Spectroscopic constants for the ground state have been obtained fr
om a GSCD analysis. Using a model taking into account rotational l-typ
e interactions, global z-Coriolis perturbation, local (x, y)-Coriolis
interactions with the 2nu11, nu4, and nu3 levels, and local vibrationa
l interactions with 3nu11 a set of spectroscopic constants have been o
btained for nu9 and nu10. The analyses also yielded a number of resona
nce parameters and a few spectroscopic constants for the perturbers. (
