Abstract
Air spray-deposited p-CuIn(S0.5Se0.5)(2)/n-CdZnS:In heterojunction sol ar cells in the backwall configuration were fabricated. The cell exhib ited an open-circuit voltage of 325 mV and a short-circuit current den sity of 10.3 mA/cm(2) under an illumination of 100 mW/cm(2). The conve rsion efficiency of the cell was found to be 1.1%.
