Abstract
The temperature dependence of the resistance and of the velocity and a ttenuation of ultrasound in PbTe and PbTe(Ga) was studied. The results are used along with an analysis of the effect of the Ga doping of the PbTe to propose a model for the delayed photoconductivity of this mat erial.
