Abstract
The dependence of the thermal electromotive force of a mounted transdu cer on the annealing temperature of (e)lectroplated nickel coatings on a base of bronze Br Kh08 was investigated experimentally. It is shown that heat treatment can cause a multiple change in the value of the s ignal being measured. The data obtained were compared with the reading s of a thickness gauge having magnetic separation action and the relat ion to the width of the diffusion zone was analyzed. The possibility o f two-parameter inspection is discussed.
