Abstract
The present study afforded the opportunity to explore possible relatio nships between blood lead concentrations with the hematological parame ters of 1047 Saudi children attending the outpatient clinics. There wa s unexpected positive relationship between lead and Hb, HCT and RBC. O n the other hand, negative relationships were found between blood lead concentrations and MCV, MCH and MCHC.
