Abstract
Lymphoceles are a well-known complication of renal transplantation, wi th incidence rates up to 18%. The management of symptomatic lymphocele remains controversial. We report the case of a lymphocele which was-s uccessfully drained into the peritoneal cavity using laparoscopic surg ery.
