Abstract
We report a case of necrobiosis lipoidica located on the glans penis o f a patient without diabetes mellitus. Both clinical and histologic fe atures favor the diagnosis of necrobiosis lipoidica, even though the l ocation is unusual. Treatment with pentoxifylline was effective. The d ifferential diagnosis is discussed.
