Abstract
The investigation of single-electron spectrum of the Hubbard model wit h local lattice anharmonicity is performed. The influence of the inter action with the vibrational subsystem on the effective exchange consta nt is considered. The static transverse dielectric susceptibility of t he model is calculated. Analysis of the possible dielectric anomalies is performed on this basis.
