Saturation magnetic induction, B(s), and coercive field, H(c), have be
en studied upon annealing in films flash evaporated from Fe73.5M1Nb3Si
13.5B8 alloys. The changes in B(s) significantly diverged at increasin
g annealing temperature, T(a), and did not indicate any formation of u
ltrafine grain phase in the films. H(c) measured as an angular functio
n in the plane of the films revealed oscillations due to weak in-plane
anisotropy. The coercivity increased in the course of annealing at in
creasing T(a), while the in-plane anisotropy decreased at the same tim
e.
