Abstract
The authors present the clinical, radiological, and pathological featu res of a patient with a recurrent pleomorphic xanthoastrocytoma locate d in the spinal cord. This is the first report of a pleomorphic xantho astrocytoma at this location; until now, only cerebral supratentorial pleomorphic xanthoastrocytomas have been described. The treatment of t his case is discussed.
