Abstract
In a patient with left bundle branch block exercise/rest SPECT using T c-99m-MIBI revealed exercise-induced ischemia. After exclusion of sign ificant coronary artery stenosis by angiography early dilated cardiomy opathy was assumed. Scintigraphic findings using Tc-99m-MIBI SPECT in patients with left bundle branch block are discussed.
