Abstract
A laryngopyocoele is a rarely encountered neck mass which may cause re spiratory obstruction. Spontaneous regression of an established sympto matic laryngopyocoele is an even more unusual situation, since most of the reported cases require immediate intervention for impending airwa y obstruction. A case of a laryngopyocoele showing spontaneous regress ion after antibiotic therapy is presented and the clinical aspects are reviewed.
