Abstract
A novel type of a random matrix ensemble originating from a partial br eaking of the spin rotation invariance is considered. Universal conduc tance fluctuations, density of states correlation function, and the pe rsistent current in mesoscopic rings are studied for this type of symm etry of a disordered system.
