Abstract
The study of the chemical components of the neutral part of the extrac t of Halimium viscosum, chemotype Valparaiso, has been completed. Twel ve labdanes have been isolated, nine are new natural compounds (two of them are tetranor-derivatives). Their structures were determined by s pectroscopic methods and by chemical transformations from the major co mponents present in this extract.
